The successful candidate will take charge of demanding projects within the building services sector, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from coordination and organization to execution and controlling. Day-to-day tasks involve leading large project teams, managing planners and site managers, coordinating with clients and external stakeholders, and ensuring projects adhere to deadlines, costs, and quality standards. A key focus is on continuous project reporting to management and contributing to the energetic optimization of building and production technology. The ideal candidate must be a strong team player with excellent organizational skills and a comprehensive view of complex, multi-trade projects.
