Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated Requirements Engineer to serve as a key figure in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects within the innovative chemical plant construction sector in Ludwigshafen am Rhein. The professional will define requirements for D365 SCM and Finance and Operations (FO), focusing specifically on the discrete manufacturing of small series and individual parts. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Solution Architects and subject matter experts to optimize and digitize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient system integration between D365 CE, ERP, and the existing SAP system. A strong emphasis is placed on utilizing standard D365 functions to minimize customization. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent IT professional training, coupled with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and experience in discrete manufacturing.
