Job Summary

This role is ideal for a proactive and responsible professional ready to manage construction sites focused on sustainable electrical and energy technology, specifically high-current rectifiers and medium/low-voltage systems. As the Construction Manager, you will be the primary contact for technical execution and continuous construction progress, leading project teams and subcontractors through regular meetings. Day-to-day tasks involve assessing completed work, independently preparing measurements, collaborating closely with clients and project managers for service approvals, and conducting final cost accounting. A critical component of the role is ensuring site safety by creating risk assessments in accordance with legal requirements. Candidates should bring initial experience in construction management, preferably in the medium and low-voltage sector, coupled with a completed vocational training, ideally as a Master Craftsman or Technician, and a willingness to adapt to diverse client needs and stressful situations.
