Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the seamless technical operation of a high-end thermal spa, allowing guests to enjoy a true vacation feeling. The Technical All-rounder will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance, control, and minor repairs across the entire facility. Key areas of focus include water treatment and pool systems, sauna and ventilation technology, and all electrical installations. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical qualification (such as Electrician, Plant Mechanic, or Mechatronics Technician) and demonstrates strong manual dexterity, technical understanding, and a high sense of responsibility. While experience in water or building technology is beneficial, it is not mandatory. This position requires an independent and pragmatic approach to troubleshooting, supervising external specialist companies, and a willingness to work shifts and weekends to maintain continuous operation in a unique, attractive work environment.
