Job Summary

This full-time position involves ensuring the continuous functionality of electrical systems within a regional public water utility, specifically at the water treatment plant in Hermentingen. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, assembly, commissioning, maintenance, and fault analysis of electrotechnical equipment. Key duties also include supporting the operation of drinking water treatment and distribution systems, expanding and maintaining Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) technology, and providing technical support during the planning and construction phases of projects. Applicants should have a background in electrical engineering, ideally supplemented by a Master Electrician or Technician qualification, possess a service-oriented and independent work style, and be willing to participate in on-call duty. This role offers a secure, permanent position in a critical infrastructure sector under the public service collective agreement (TVöD).
