This role is for an autonomous IT Service Technician specializing in onsite support for a client company in Munich, Laim. The successful candidate will manage the IT warehouse, provide hands-on and visual support, process Break/Fix tickets, and perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services. After an initial training period, the technician will also be responsible for on-call duty. This position offers a diverse and varied range of tasks within a company that manages the IT infrastructure for renowned industrial clients across Germany, focusing on rollouts, hardware and software provisioning, infrastructure optimization, and 1st and 2nd level onsite IT support.
