Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a career changer to join Aspen Bad Oldesloe GmbH as a full-time, permanent Production Operator. The core focus of the role is supporting all areas of pharmaceutical production, primarily involving the operation and setup of packaging lines. Key daily tasks include monitoring machinery, conducting In-Process Control (IPC) checks, and generating required documentation. The operator is responsible for packaging medications according to strict quality standards, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) when handling materials, and assisting in the optimization of processes and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations. This position is highly attractive due to the immediate permanent contract, excellent compensation ranging from €17.07 to €25.53 per hour through industry bonuses, and the fact that no prior industry experience is required, making it ideal for motivated lateral entrants. Candidates must be willing to work in a rotating 3-shift system.
