Job Summary

This role is ideal for a process-oriented professional seeking to advance electronics manufacturing operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining production processes to optimize the manufacturing of electronic assemblies, managing selected products from the prototype phase through to series transfer, and analyzing existing series processes to implement quality and quantity improvements. You will be instrumental in introducing new manufacturing methods and technologies, actively participating in the selection of new equipment and machinery, and providing expert consultation on the technical feasibility of manufacturing requests. Key qualifications include a background in electronics, mechatronics, or mechanics, further qualified as a Technician, Industrial Master, or Engineer, coupled with strong knowledge of assembly manufacturing (SMT and THT). The position requires an independent, project-team-oriented working style, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on innovation, quality, and cost efficiency.
