Job Summary

The Technic-Center Frankenberg/Sa. Engineering GmbH (TCE), a leading developer and manufacturer of high-quality power electronics and motor controls, is seeking a dedicated System Administrator to strengthen its team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of the IT infrastructure, focusing heavily on the administration, monitoring, development, and optimization of the company's ERP and DMS systems. Daily tasks include providing essential user support within the Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments (including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune), managing IT assets, and supporting the configuration and maintenance of core IT components like servers and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate must possess completed vocational training in System Integration or an equivalent qualification, coupled with profound practical experience in ERP systems within an SME context, Microsoft 365, and Windows operating systems.
