This part-time Service Technician role (approx. 20 hours/week) is crucial for an established international Home-Health-Care company, supporting the Quality Management & Regulatory Affairs team directly in the Neuss laboratory. The professional will be responsible for the entire device return and testing process, ensuring product safety and compliance. Day-to-day tasks involve registering returned devices using RIS/ERP systems, performing electrical safety and functional tests (STK/MTK) according to standards like IEC 60601 and IEC 62353, and meticulously documenting all results in QMS templates and systems like Zendesk/NetSuite. Key requirements include a background in electronics, mechatronics, or medical technology, over five years of experience with medical or electronic devices, and familiarity with medical device regulations (ISO 13485, EU MDR).
