Job Summary

This varied role seeks an IT Administrator to provide essential IT expertise and support across diverse technical areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting users with technical challenges, managing hardware and software provisions, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. The administrator will also be crucial in supporting the implementation of new technologies and infrastructure components, independently handling customer support requests using ITIL-based systems, and documenting technical procedures. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or equivalent, coupled with initial experience in user support and helpdesk operations. Candidates must possess solid knowledge of the Microsoft 365 toolset and experience in client management and software deployment.
