Job Summary
This role involves specialized system administration and development focusing on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, specifically Oracle Agile EDM. The System Administrator will be responsible for custom development, ongoing system support, and conducting user training for the PLM environment. A key function includes managing support tickets related to both PLM and CAD systems (SolidWorks and AutoCAD) within the team. Furthermore, the specialist will evaluate market-standard PLM systems to assess their potential future application within the company. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, possesses excellent knowledge of PLM systems like Agile, and demonstrates strong analytical skills and excellent English proficiency.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience with the PLM system Agile or other established PLM systems
- Experience handling hotline incidents for PLM and CAD systems
