As a Biotechnologist and GMP Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving innovative research and development projects, continuously improving existing methodologies, and ensuring strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Day-to-day tasks involve complex data analysis, creating comprehensive reports and presentations, and performing diverse laboratory activities including qualifications, validations, and compliance checks, alongside drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Candidates must possess a scientific degree or extensive vocational experience in the pharmaceutical industry, coupled with strong expertise in GMP implementation within quality control or similar lab environments. The position requires excellent organizational skills to manage smooth laboratory operations, optimize processes, and actively contribute expertise to cross-departmental projects, making it a highly responsible and impactful role with excellent chances for permanent employment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Bachelor/Master) in a natural science field, or completed vocational training as a Chemical or Biological Laboratory Assistant or Pharmacist, or comparable training (PTA, CTA, MTA) with long-term professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience after completing a science degree (Bachelor/Master)
  • Many years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry (if holding vocational training as a Chemical/Biological Laboratory Assistant or Pharmacist)
  • Several years of professional experience in the assessment, monitoring, and implementation of GMP requirements in quality control or a comparable laboratory
  • Proven, fundamental knowledge in physical-technical measurement methods (e.g., force measurements, functional testing of autoinjectors, leak tests) or prior knowledge of tensile testing machines is desirable
