Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking on the professional, organizational, and strategic management of ten established childcare facilities (KITAWO gGmbH). The successful candidate will actively shape the future of the organization, focusing on high-quality pedagogical work, adherence to legal frameworks (SGB VIII, state law), and organizational development. Day-to-day tasks include leading, mentoring, and strengthening facility managers, overseeing personnel development, financial control, and acting as the primary point of contact and crisis manager. This position requires a degree in Social Pedagogy or a comparable field, deep practical expertise in child and youth welfare, and proven leadership skills to steer teams and processes.
