Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Plant Operator or Chemical Technician responsible for the continuous operation, monitoring, and control of chemical production facilities in a dynamic 4-shift system located in Schwedt/Oder. Day-to-day tasks involve utilizing the Process Control System (PLS) for oversight, conducting independent troubleshooting to maintain smooth operations, and performing routine operational checks. The position also requires assisting with minor maintenance and repair work, managing internal logistics for operating materials and finished products, and executing quality control tasks such as sampling and basic laboratory analyses. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as a Chemical Technician or equivalent professional experience in operating chemical plants. Essential requirements include strong technical comprehension, manual skills, and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
