Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced SaaS Project Manager to lead complex customer projects from initial kick-off through to successful Go-Live within the Legal Software segment. Key responsibilities include coordinating all internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Customer Success, Product, Tech), rigorously monitoring project timelines, resources, and quality, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive support and solution-oriented action. The manager will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and bottlenecks, handling escalations, and analyzing both technical and functional requirements. The role also involves preparing and conducting workshops and providing consultation on best practices to ensure successful adoption of the SaaS solution. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics and possesses several years of experience managing IT, software, or SaaS projects, coupled with deep expertise in SaaS implementations. Success requires a highly organized, responsible, and hands-on approach, along with excellent communication skills in both German and fluent English.
