Job Summary
Join a dedicated team in Brand-Erbisdorf as a Materials Tester focusing on Metal Technology. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of metal components through rigorous non-destructive testing. Key daily tasks include conducting automated and manual ultrasonic testing (UT) on forged parts and rolled rings, performing detailed visual component inspections, meticulously documenting all test results, and initiating the blocking of defective products when faults are identified. To succeed, you must possess a vocational qualification as a Materials Tester or in a related technical discipline, and critically, hold the mandatory ZfP UT1 (Ultrasonic Testing Level 1) qualification. This position requires flexibility, including readiness for 3-shift work, and necessitates a driver's license and personal vehicle for commuting.
