This role involves specialized fault analysis, repair, and maintenance for a diverse range of complex production systems, focusing primarily on machine tools (turning, milling, grinding, eroding) and associated manufacturing technology, including measuring machines, industrial robots (Kuka, Yaskawa, Stäubli, ABB), and flexible manufacturing systems with automated guided vehicles. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing root causes of failures, implementing sustainable corrective actions, and performing scheduled cyclical maintenance according to established plans. Key requirements include a completed technical education (e.g., Mechatronics or Electronics), professional experience in servicing or maintaining production equipment, and familiarity with CNC/PLC control systems (specifically Sinumerik/Simatic). The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-oriented, cooperative, and must be prepared for shift work, Saturday shifts, and on-call duty, requiring fluent German proficiency.

Required Skills

Education

Completed technical training, such as Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in service or maintenance of machine tools or production plants
  • Experience with repair and troubleshooting of complex manufacturing systems (e.g., Galvanizing, Blasting, Coating Furnaces)
