Building Services Engineer (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) | TGA-Planer (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Building Services Engineer to independently plan and manage the technical building equipment (TGA) for renovation and new construction projects in the Wuppertal area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire TGA planning process, from the conceptual phase through to execution planning, covering heating, ventilation, sanitation, and electrical systems. Key responsibilities include developing sustainable and economical TGA concepts, coordinating closely with internal and external project stakeholders, assisting with tenders and contract awards, and monitoring implementation on site. This position requires a relevant degree or training, at least five years of professional experience, and strong knowledge of relevant standards and legal requirements. It offers a long-term perspective within a small, interdisciplinary team with short decision paths, high levels of autonomy, and the opportunity to actively shape the in-house TGA department.
