Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Electrical Engineer or Automation Technician seeking to join a global building products manufacturer. The core focus is on developing and optimizing electrical systems and control technology to ensure smooth operation of production facilities across the Niederaußem and Neuss plants. Day-to-day responsibilities include introducing new automation solutions, creating technical documentation and circuit diagrams, and successfully implementing optimization and investment projects. A key area of responsibility is managing the ISO 50001 energy management system, creating energy reports, and supporting audits, with the potential to eventually take on the role of Explosion Protection Officer. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering, combined with initial professional experience in a production environment and strong knowledge of control and automation technology, including Siemens S7 and TIA Portal.
