Job Summary

This role is with a significant automotive supplier, FEP Fahrzeugelektrik Pirna, focusing on managing and maintaining the company's core IT infrastructure. The IT System Administrator will be responsible for the full lifecycle of user administration, from account creation to deactivation, including rights management, documentation, and monitoring. Key duties include providing administration and support for Microsoft Windows Server, MS Exchange, client systems, and applications, as well as managing the virtualization platform. A critical component of the role involves creating and implementing concepts for IT security, remote access, storage, external data exchange, and robust backup and recovery processes. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or equivalent vocational training, possesses proven practical expertise in Microsoft systems like ADS and Exchange, and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
