Job Summary

The FEP Fahrzeugelektrik Pirna GmbH & Co. KG, a major supplier of switching elements and connectors for the automotive industry, is seeking an In-house ERP Consultant to join their Information Technology department in Pirna. This critical role involves the comprehensive management, development, and functional assurance of the company's core ERP system and all connected applications. Day-to-day tasks include user and rights administration, database management (specifically Oracle and SQL), IT infrastructure troubleshooting, and ensuring external data exchange and remote access security. The consultant will also lead IT projects, conduct internal staff training, and support internal and external audits related to IT security. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or possesses equivalent long-term specialized experience, coupled with deep knowledge of ERP systems, Oracle databases, and automotive industry EDI requirements. Excellent written and spoken English skills are mandatory for success in this global-facing role.
