Job Summary

The FEP Fahrzeugelektrik Pirna GmbH & Co. KG, a major automotive supplier specializing in electrical components and plastic parts, is seeking an HR Manager to join their Human Resources department in Pirna. This role involves comprehensive support for management and employees on all labor law and HR management issues, spanning the entire employee lifecycle from entry to exit. Key responsibilities include managing the full recruitment and selection process, ensuring smooth operational HR processes, and continuous optimization and digitalization of HR procedures. The successful candidate will collaborate constructively with the employee representative body, draft employment contracts, and contribute to forward-looking HR projects using modern HR instruments. This position requires a degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR or equivalent, solid professional experience in an industrial setting, and strong knowledge of labor law and MS Office applications, alongside good English proficiency.
