Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Service Technician to join the OCULUS Service Team, an internationally successful family company specializing in high-precision ophthalmic diagnostic devices. The technician will be responsible for the delivery, installation, and maintenance of specialized equipment both nationally and internationally, requiring high travel readiness. Key daily tasks include on-site customer service, performing error diagnosis and resolution via telephone and remote maintenance, and supporting trade fair activities. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in mechanics, electronics, or mechatronics, coupled with strong technical comprehension and extensive IT and networking knowledge. The position requires excellent communication skills in both German and English, customer orientation, and the ability to quickly adapt to a wide range of technologies and devices, offering a secure environment within a supportive corporate culture.
