Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role in Radeberg seeks a dedicated professional to specialize in radiochemistry. The core responsibilities include the execution of organic syntheses utilizing radionuclides and the subsequent optimization of synthesis parameters. A significant portion of the work involves the analytical chemistry of synthesized radiopharmaceuticals, meticulous documentation of experimental results, and the internal maintenance of automated synthesis systems. Furthermore, the technician will independently carry out routine radiation protection tasks and organize general laboratory operations. Candidates must have completed training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or hold an equivalent natural science degree, and critically, possess the willingness to work with radioactive compounds. Practical experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC and GC is highly desirable, ensuring a structured and precise approach to complex chemical processes.
