Job Summary

This role is centered on driving innovative research and development projects within a globally successful pharmaceutical company. The Technical Assistant will manage diverse laboratory activities, including performing qualifications, validations, and compliance checks, while also being responsible for creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). A significant part of the job involves conducting complex data analyses, generating insightful reports, and delivering compelling presentations. Candidates must possess either a scientific Bachelor's/Master's degree with initial professional experience or a relevant vocational qualification (such as Pharmakant or Chemielaborant) combined with long-term experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Essential requirements include multi-year experience implementing GMP requirements in Quality Control, strong knowledge of physical-technical measurement methods, and excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth, optimized laboratory processes.
