Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced SMD Production Electronics Technician to manage and optimize automated manufacturing processes in Munich. Key responsibilities include the preparation, setup, and continuous monitoring of SMD production lines, specifically Assembleon/Panasonic equipment, paste printers, reflow soldering systems, and Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI). The technician will be crucial in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all production steps are accurately logged in ERP and MES systems (ABAS/AEGIS). A core duty involves meticulous quality control and rework of electronic assemblies, adhering strictly to industry norms like IPC and JEDEC, while maintaining knowledge of ESD protection measures. The ideal candidate has practical experience operating SMD lines and a background in electronics.
