Job Summary
This role involves working as an Accounting Clerk within the Business Administration department, specifically focusing on Receivables Management for a client in Munich. The core responsibilities include independently managing and executing enforcement orders, conducting the dunning process (debt collection), and ensuring meticulous documentation and logging of all assigned transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with colleagues and supervisors, participating in regular meetings (Jourfixe), and drafting meeting minutes. Key requirements include a completed commercial or administrative vocational qualification, solid knowledge of standard IT applications, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a high degree of service orientation. Fluency in German (B2 level minimum) is mandatory, alongside a reliable, responsible, and team-oriented work ethic.
