Job Summary

This crucial role involves leading and expanding the Application Build Team for a company specializing in full-service support for app inventors, serving international corporations and startups. The LowCode Team Lead is responsible for the overall coordination, training, and professional development of a team of 3 to 10 Application Builders. Day-to-day tasks include conducting thorough business and requirements analyses with clients, conceptualizing technical solutions, and managing projects to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget. A core technical responsibility is the creation of user-friendly applications using the appeleon LowCode platform. Candidates must possess a completed degree in a relevant field such as Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering, coupled with proven team leadership and project experience. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative, high-potential app ideas within a dynamic, growing company based in Sindelfingen or Engen.
