This critical role seeks a qualified Environmental Engineer to ensure the integrated management system complies with DIN EN ISO 14001 and current environmental regulations at a high-purity fine chemicals production site. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as an independent operational authority, leading incident investigations with an environmental focus, and implementing countermeasures to prevent environmental hazards. The officer will oversee compliance with environmental permit conditions and conduct audits across operational areas such as waste management, emissions, and water protection. Furthermore, you will serve as the primary contact for environmental issues with regulatory authorities and external organizations. Candidates must hold a university degree in a relevant engineering or science field (e.g., Environmental Engineering, Chemistry) and possess several years of professional experience in environmental management.
