Job Summary
This role offers a varied and impactful position supporting the Business Unit Management within the Vocational Education sector, focusing heavily on strategy, quality assurance, and public relations. The Executive Assistant will be instrumental in developing the business unit's strategy, managing the Quality Management System for the unit and a specific location, and overseeing all communication, external representation, and public relations efforts. A key responsibility involves leading the conceptual development and implementation of marketing strategies while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in social sciences or business administration, possesses strong MS Office and digital media skills, and is willing to obtain or already holds a Quality Management Representative qualification. This is a part-time, fixed-term contract (50%, 19.5 hours/week) covering parental leave until July 2027, starting in March 2026, offering flexible working hours and mobile work options.
