The Technical Administrator will be the primary contact for customers regarding technical inquiries and complaints, handling communication via phone and email. Key responsibilities include managing the entire complaint process, supporting customers with post-purchase technical questions, processing spare parts inquiries, creating quotes, and entering repair orders into the system. Candidates should bring initial experience in a technical, commercial, or service-oriented environment, possess strong German language skills (written and spoken), and demonstrate proficiency with standard PC and Office applications.
