This role is for a dedicated Product Developer, ideally a Chemist or Chemical Engineer, focused on advancing innovation within the construction chemistry sector at the Augustdorf location. Key responsibilities include independently managing development projects, driving product innovation, and ensuring successful product launches through close collaboration with production, marketing, and sales teams. The role demands rigorous adherence to internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements, involving continuous process optimization, detailed documentation of experimental results, and active monitoring of quality assurance measures for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products. Candidates must possess a background in chemistry, expertise in multiphase systems (emulsions, dispersions), strong analytical skills, and proficiency in both German and English.
