Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position involves strategic IT system management and administration within an organization dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. The IT Coordinator will be responsible for developing the IT strategy, expanding and administering the existing systems, and continuously evolving the overall system landscape. Key duties include managing corporate IT, implementing new technologies and solutions to optimize processes, providing user support, and maintaining databases and the entire software/hardware infrastructure. This role requires a background in IT, either through vocational training (e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration) or an IT-related university degree (e.g., Computer Science). Successful candidates should possess server management expertise and strong analytical skills, working closely with both internal teams and external IT system providers and data centers.
