Job Summary

This critical full-time role involves leading and executing the comprehensive digitalization strategy for the City of Leimen, focusing heavily on HR, organizational processes, and IT systems. The officer will be responsible for managing the introduction of the electronic file system (EAkte) and overseeing the Enaio Document Management System. Key daily tasks include documenting, optimizing, and digitizing internal and external processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation like the EGovG, OZG, and the EU AI Act, and independently planning and implementing digitalization projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in public administration, IT, or project management, coupled with high digital and technical competency. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Public Management (Diplom-Verwaltungswirt (FH) or Bachelor of Arts Public Management), or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Project Management, or a certification as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt), or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in public administration (preferred for IT/Project Management graduates)
  • Professional experience in a comparable capacity (required for Administrative Specialist/Verwaltungsfachwirt qualification)
