Job Summary
This role seeks a highly motivated Technical Facility Administrator to independently manage the technical operations of large logistics halls in Regensburg. The core responsibilities involve acting as the primary technical contact for tenants, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. Day-to-day duties include the control and maintenance of essential technical facilities, such as HVAC and sanitary systems, along with critical fire protection and sprinkler installations, including conducting necessary test runs. The administrator will also operate specialized equipment like aerial work platforms. A significant part of the job involves commercial management, specifically obtaining, comparing, and evaluating offers, awarding contracts, handling billing, and meticulously documenting all maintenance measures. Candidates must possess technical training complemented by professional experience, knowledge of MS Office, and a professional, customer-oriented approach. The position offers a permanent contract, flexible working hours (32–38 hours/week), and performance-based compensation.
