Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Team Leader in Electrical Assembly at ABUS Kransysteme, a leading, innovative manufacturer of crane systems, based in Gummersbach. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and developing an electrical production area. Key daily tasks include organizing and managing production, logistics, and packaging processes, ensuring smooth operations regarding workplace safety, quality standards, cost efficiency, and delivery reliability. The role also involves participating in the design of new processes and optimizing existing ones, alongside providing technical support for troubleshooting. Candidates must possess a completed electrical trade qualification, further training as an Industrial Master Craftsman or Technician, and proven leadership competence within an industrial setting.
