Job Summary

The Municipality of Stuhr is seeking a dedicated Civil Engineering Technician or Engineer specializing in Civil Engineering or Water Management to join their interdisciplinary Urban Development and Construction department. This role is crucial for enhancing the quality of life and mobility within the municipality through significant infrastructure projects, focusing on climate protection. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing deep-level construction, road construction, and drainage planning and supervision across all HOAI phases for public roads, paths, and bridges. You will also oversee external planning and construction tenders, manage procurement documents, cost estimates, and contract awards, and actively participate in developing and implementing citizen participation projects. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering or is a state-certified Civil Engineering Technician with relevant professional experience and foundational knowledge of planning, environmental, and public procurement law.
