Job Summary

This role involves the independent manufacturing of pharmaceutical therapeutic products derived from blood plasma, focusing specifically on the purification of blood plasma products. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing all necessary sub-steps in the purification process, utilizing techniques such as chromatography, crossflow filtration, and nanofiltration, while strictly adhering to all applicable regulations, including GMP. The technician will also be responsible for conducting in-process controls, performing recurring maintenance tasks, and preparing and maintaining equipment and systems. A key aspect of the job is operating modern PLC-controlled systems and documenting production data using IT systems, often working within a Class C cleanroom environment. Candidates should hold a completed vocational training as a Chemical or Pharmaceutical Technician or equivalent, ideally bringing experience in GMP-compliant manufacturing of biological medicines and operating process control systems. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a high degree of self-motivation and a willingness to work continuous shift schedules.
