Job Summary

This role involves the independent manufacturing of pharmaceutical therapeutic products derived from blood plasma, focusing specifically on the purification of blood plasma products like Fibrinogen. The technician will execute all necessary partial production steps, including chromatography, crossflow filtration, and nanofiltration, ensuring strict compliance with all relevant regulations, particularly Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Daily tasks include operating modern PLC-controlled systems, performing in-process controls, maintaining equipment, and accurately documenting all production data using IT systems. Candidates require a professional background in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or biotechnology, coupled with at least two years of experience in GMP-compliant biological drug manufacturing and proficiency in operating automated process control systems. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring readiness for continuous shift work within a Class C cleanroom environment.
