Job Summary
This role is ideal for an IT professional or career changer with strong IT affinity who thrives in a modern, small team environment, providing comprehensive IT services to accelerate clients' digital transformation. The specialist will be the primary contact for all digital workplace issues, including PCs, notebooks, printers, smartphones, and Teams telephony. Day-to-day responsibilities involve handling IT support, both remotely and on-site, analyzing and resolving technical disruptions received via a ticketing system, and managing user profiles within Active Directory. A core focus is the lifecycle management of mobile devices, including imaging, configuration, software installation, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This position requires proficiency with current Windows and MS Office versions and a customer-centric, structured approach to problem-solving.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., Fachinformatiker)
Experience
- Successfully completed vocational training in the IT field OR relevant professional experience in IT support
- Experience in managing user profiles and groups
- Familiarity with current Windows and MS Office versions
- Experience with hardware rollouts and inventory management
