Job Summary

This role is ideal for a motivated IT professional, perhaps a recent graduate of an IT Specialist for System Integration apprenticeship, looking to join a dedicated, four-person IT team supporting approximately 160 employees across 22 locations in Germany. The position focuses on maintaining and expanding the company's IT infrastructure, including on-premise and M365 environments. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and error analysis, setting up user accounts and IT workstations, managing hardware and software components, and maintaining comprehensive IT documentation. The successful candidate will also contribute to IT projects, optimize processes using GPOs and PowerShell scripting, and ensure system availability and security.
