Job Summary

This role is for a Production Coordinator focusing on optimizing processes and technology within a globally operating company specializing in dental and chemical products in Zwingenberg. The coordinator will be responsible for ensuring efficient and smooth production and logistics flows, monitoring quality parameters, and driving continuous process improvement. Key tasks include participating in innovation and scale-up projects, ensuring complete GMP-compliant documentation, and providing technical training and support to team members. The ideal candidate requires a background in pharmaceuticals, chemistry, or process engineering, coupled with initial professional experience, ideally with leadership responsibility, in manufacturing regulated products (pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or chemicals). Strong technical affinity, proficiency with ERP systems (ABAS knowledge is a plus), and excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating across R&D, QC, and Product Management interfaces.
