Job Summary

This role is for a (Junior) Web Developer to join a successful German FinTech company, operating with the agility of a startup combined with the stability of a market leader. You will be responsible for full-stack web development, utilizing modern JavaScript and PHP to create innovative features that deliver real customer value. Day-to-day tasks include feature development, collaborating closely with product management to perfect the user experience, and ensuring high code quality through automated testing, pair programming, and rigorous code reviews. Beyond pure development, you will take ownership of operations, including conducting releases and configuring server systems using Infrastructure as Code. The ideal candidate holds a strong IT degree or vocational qualification, possesses excellent programming knowledge, and is fluent in German, seeking a steep learning curve and early technical responsibility in an agile environment.
