Job Summary
This role involves providing essential technical customer service for modern office and printing systems, primarily within the regional area of Verden and Bremen. The Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of various printing, copying, and multifunction systems. Key daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical faults (mechanical, electrical, and software-related), integrating systems into existing IT networks, and providing user instruction on equipment operation. The ideal candidate holds a completed technical qualification, such as an Information Electronics Technician or Mechatronics Technician, or is a career changer with strong technical aptitude and a customer-service focus.
