Job Summary
This role involves taking the lead in digitizing workflow processes within the sewer system operations, from order entry to completion. The individual will be responsible for supporting operational staff in using necessary hardware (tablets) and software, acting as a key liaison between the department and internal IT, and actively contributing to departmental development. A significant part of the role includes participating in the implementation of a new operational management system and managing timekeeping and bonus recording for approximately 35 colleagues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process digitalization, excellent IT user skills, and a keen interest in process management and digitalization. This position offers an opportunity to significantly impact the efficiency and quality of essential public services.

Education
Completed higher vocational education (e.g., HAK, HTL equivalent)
Experience
- Experience in the digitalization of business processes and handling relevant software
- Professional experience with IT applications
- Experience with SAP (ideally)
