Job Summary

This crucial role involves overseeing all Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities for a client in the Greater Duisburg area, ensuring the highest standards of quality control and process efficiency. The NDT Inspection Supervisor will provide technical and disciplinary leadership to the NDT inspectors, manage the proper administration and daily calibration of all testing equipment, and assess quality deviations. Core duties include developing comprehensive inspection instructions and protocols, actively supporting the professional development of the testing personnel, and collaborating closely with manufacturing teams to optimize overall testing processes. A key responsibility is the coordination of radiographic testing and performing NDT inspections during third-party acceptances. Successful candidates must bring extensive, solid experience in NDT, particularly involving metallic materials, and hold valid Level 2 or 3 certifications in Magnetic Particle, Penetrant, Ultrasonic, and Visual Testing.
