Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated Laboratory Technician focused on quality assurance within the food industry. The core responsibility involves conducting a comprehensive range of quality control tests, including chemical-physical, sensory, and microbiological analyses on raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final products. You will be responsible for performing microbiological investigations related to operational hygiene, meticulous documentation, and evaluation of all analysis results. Furthermore, the role includes managing retained samples, coordinating sample shipments, and executing incoming goods and finished product controls. Successful candidates must possess completed laboratory training, secure knowledge in food analytics, and professional experience in the food sector. Proficiency in MS Office and readiness for a 3-shift work system are required.
