Job Summary

This role is designed for an experienced technician to manage and execute projects within electrical and communications technology for a leading technical facility management provider. The technician will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction sites, managing internal staff and subcontractors, and ensuring the quality, cost, and timely completion of projects. Key day-to-day tasks include planning and controlling workflows, conducting maintenance, inspection, and testing of electrical systems, systematic troubleshooting, and ensuring thorough documentation of all services. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training as an Electrician or Electronic Technician for Energy and Building Technology, or hold a Technician/Master qualification in Electrical Engineering, coupled with substantial experience in site management, maintenance, and fault analysis of electrical systems.
