Job Summary

This critical role seeks a Senior HR Generalist to manage the entire employee lifecycle for the Production Unit in Münsingen, acting as a key strategic partner and change agent. The professional will serve as the primary contact for leadership and employees on all personnel, labor law, and organizational matters, while actively shaping and optimizing HR processes, including Talent and Performance Management, succession planning, and organizational development. Key responsibilities include managing the full recruiting cycle, collaborating closely with the Works Council, and ensuring the implementation of the corporate HR strategy. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant university degree or commercial training with advanced HR qualifications, coupled with extensive operational HR experience, preferably within a unionized industrial setting and international group context. Success in this role requires strong expertise in German labor and collective bargaining law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive change and innovation.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in economics, social sciences, or humanities, or completed commercial training, preferably with further qualification as an HR Specialist (Personalfachkauffrau/-mann)

Experience

  • Several years of profound professional experience in the operational HR environment
  • Experience preferably in a unionized industrial company within an international corporate group
  • Experience in close collaboration with the Works Council and advising managers
